This was a full alteration, renovation and extension of Bonnyton House, which is located in East Renfrewshire, between Clarkston and Busby.
A complete strip-out was followed by the refurbishment of 32 guest bedrooms and en-suite facilities, public areas and roof coverings plus works to the exterior that included hard and soft landscaping to communal areas and the courtyard.
