This was a comprehensive green-energy focused refurbishment of the club house, involving the installation of a sizeable ground source heat pump and photovoltaic system, more than 1.5kilometres of underground pipework, full rewiring of existing lighting power, new bespoke bar area, industrial kitchen, toilets, changing rooms, shower rooms, underfloor heating, mechanical ventilation system, electric vehicle charging point and upgraded external lighting.
