Procast are starting a programme of rendering upgrades to houses in the Dedridge area of West Lothian.
The £150,000 contract is part of the overall framework of external works for West Lothian Council, who are longstanding clients of the company.
The Procast team have worked hard to maintain their productive relationship with the council, and this project will be headed up by Managing Director Derek Innes and led on the ground by Construction Manager Barry Chisholm.
In February, the company revealed they had won a 12-month extension to the Trade Contractors’ Framework agreement that they secured with the council to deliver improvements to residential properties.
This will see Procast deliver roofing, rendering, plastering and painting programmes across various properties and locations in the local authority area.
Business Development Director Carol Cameron said: “The Dedridge project maintains the work portfolio and allows the company to deliver our core services for one of our key clients.
“It also allows us to create sustainable employment within the West Lothian area and to provide training opportunities through such a difficult time.
“We are delighted to be continuing our service delivery through the externals project.”
