Procast are one of five companies to have secured work retrofitting energy-efficiency measures across Scotland and Northern Ireland.
They were named to carry out refurbishment and installation tasks on public sector buildings in accordance with PAS 2035, the overarching document that prescribes retrofit standards.
Procast are one of three companies entrusted to carry out the work in Scotland and Northern Ireland and one of five restricted to Scotland.
Procurement consultancy Prosper UK is behind the deal, which went to the market last summer.
The initial contracts will expire in late 2025 but the client has the option to extend them for a further two years.
A wide value-range for the framework was stated on the official contract award notice.
The Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities opened a consultation just before Christmas on a new Home Energy Model.
Initially designed to be used to check compliance with the New Homes Standard, it could be extended to Energy Performance Certification.
The initiative will also form the basis of future grant schemes and policy evaluations designed to support energy-efficiency improvements.
