We are currently trusted to deliver the South Ayrshire Council Housing Refurbishment Programme, a four-year framework to carry out external modernisation works within council owned residential properties throughout South Ayrshire from July 2017 to July 2021.
The Council currently own and manage around 8250 residential properties located across South Ayrshire which includes the towns of Ayr, Prestwick, Troon, Maybole and Girvan. The area is 422 square miles of mainly rural areas extending from Troon and Symington in the north to Ballantrae and Loch Ryan in the south.
The works include modernisation works to both occupied and void general needs housing, amenity and sheltered housing type accommodation including single storey bungalows, multiple storey flats, 2 and 3 storey houses and specialist accommodation.
