Vacancy for Accounts Administrator

Procast is a fast-growing construction company requiring an enthusiastic and perceptive Accounts Administrator to join our finance team.

Knowledge of Sage 50, Sage Construct and CIS is advantageous but not compulsory.

The successful candidate will be involved in assisting and supporting all members of the finance team to ensure the efficient recording of financial documents.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Organising financial documents
  • Recording transactions
  • Managing petty cash
  • Credit card reconciliations
  • Assisting finance team members
  • Support month-end and year-end processes
  • Reconciling accounts
  • Assisting with bookkeeping services
  • Supporting annual audit processes
  • Utilities

Monday to Thursday 8:30am–5pm
Friday 8:30am–3pm
