Vacancy for ECO Delivery Manager

Are you experienced in the reporting, delivery and management of ECO (Energy Company Obligation) contracts? We are currently recruiting to fill this role within our dynamic and growing business, working alongside numerous local authorities throughout Scotland.
The ECO Delivery Manager, along with the team, will be responsible for preparing all documentation ready for submission to our funding partners and will resolve any compliance-related issues. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual who can co-ordinate and prioritise tasks.
Position: ECO Delivery Manager
Reporting to: Support Services Manager
Location: Head office, Strathaven
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Keeping up to speed with ECO/PAS legislation updates and changes
- Ensuring all ECO submissions are fully compliant and submitted to the funding partner correctly and within the specified time-frame
- Communicating with internal and external teams, helping to resolve pre- and post-installation discrepancies
- Managing the ECO supply chain
- Managing technical monitoring
- Reporting and forecasting carbon throughout live contracts
- Managing and leading the ECO compliance team and offering training/support where required
The successful candidate will require to have:
- Proven knowledge of ECO (Energy Company Obligation)
- The ability to learn and adapt quickly within the business
- A customer-focused approach with strong communication skills
- A proactive attitude to problem solving
- The ability to work well with project teams and be a team player
- Experience of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience of compliance
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to pay attention to detail
