Procast in partnership with Argyll Community Housing Association have carried out retrofit measures worth £20million to more than 400 properties over the last 18 months.
The project was supported by BEIS, HEEPS ABS and Net Zero funding with significant investment from ACHA.
This involved more than 2000 individual retrofit measure, including external, internal, cavity and wall insulation, new roofs, windows, air-source heat pumps, photovoltaic panels and battery storage.
As a result, ACHA are making more than 3,000 tonnes in CO2 savings annually across a huge geographical area.
