Eco Compliance Manager Meghan Ballantyne is relishing her new role at Procast, which is great news because she loves to learn.<\/p>\n
The former Customer Relations Officer \u2013 who only joined the group last year \u2013 was recently promoted after displaying an incredible eagerness to learn about the construction industry.<\/p>\n
Meghan \u2013 who graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University with a First-Class Honours Degree in International Business \u2013 has responsibility for gathering relevant information and documents relating to contracts that assist clients seeking to access third-party funding.<\/p>\n
She said: “I have found in the little time I have been working for Procast that the company invests heavily in its people and is concerned about the individual future of everyone here.”<\/p>\n
Away from work, Meghan, who owns a horse called Cookie, is a competitive show jumper, and the pair of them recently competed at the renowned Blairs Castle Horse Trials in Perthshire.<\/p>\n
A Procast spokesperson said: “Meghan\u2019s attention to detail and was quickly recognised here, particularly when showing an interest in the ECO compliance side of the business.<\/p>\n
“When an opportunity arose for the position of ECO Compliance Manager, Meghan applied for the position.<\/p>\n
“Despite having no previous experience in the department, it was evident that she had been doing her research, and her eagerness to learn shone through.<\/p>\n
“Meghan was quickly offered the position on a probationary basis and given a chance to grow her knowledge.<\/p>\n
“But it has become evident that Meghan is more than capable in the role and, in turn, she has become our ECO Compliance Manager.”<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
