This project involved the resurrection of a long-disused public park gatehouse into a fully functioning community hub comprising a social enterprise centre, café, bike workshop and public toilets.
The works involved the creation of a cafe, meeting rooms, offices, toilet facilities, vehicle entrance, road upgrades, new pedestrian access, footpaths, car park facilities and bike workshop.
