This project entailed liaising with SSEN to ensure the delivery of a total of 28 7.2KW dual-charging units for DEumfries & Galloway Council.
Coordinated road closures were required, along with liaising with the local community to ensure that the car parks were kept open throughout.
Procast called upon their expertise within all the group’s departments to deliver the construction, civils, design, installation and commissioning of the commercial charging points, which form part of the local authority’s EVCP upgrades to allow the them to move towards all-electric vehicles within their fleet by 2025.
