Procast would love to hear from you, as we are looking to fill three positions in the company at our headquarters in Strathaven.
The first vacancy is for a Contracts Manager, who will be required to oversee a range of projects through the Central Belt of Scotland over a number of sectors, including residential refurbishment and education projects, reporting directly to our Operations Manager. Experience of leading design & build as well as traditional contracts is desirable.
We are also looking to recruit one Site Manager with experience in residential refurbishment works and/or new-build education projects.
The third person we would like to join our team is a Site Foreman, also with experience in residential refurbishment works, who will report directly to our Project Manager.
Candidates in both site-based roles will require to be in possession of a current Site Management Safety Training Scheme certificate and a valid first aid qualification.
The successful applicants to all three positions will need to demonstrate experience of these roles within a similar organisation and/or will have relevant qualifications.
One of the main requirement will be the ability to “hit the ground running” within a demanding and ambitious environment where the needs of our extensive roster of clients are paramount.
