Vacancy for Customer Relations Officer

Procast are looking to employ an experienced full-time Customer Relations Officer to join our growing team.

About the role

The role will be site based, as the successful candidate will help facilitate the smooth running of projects by building and maintaining positive relationships between residents, sub-contractors, client representatives and the client, while  achieving excellent customer relationships for the duration of works.

Position: Customer Relations Officer (North Lanarkshire)
Reporting to: General Manager
Location: North Lanarkshire

Key duties and responsibilities

  • Assist with site set-up
  • Visit each resident prior to work commencing to introduce the company and communicate the scope of works
  • Establish residents’ individual requirements by carrying out an initial resident profile, documenting any points discussed and tailoring individual communication plans accordingly
  • Work with site staff to implement effective practices
  • Carry out a property condition survey and appliance survey with the tenant – with photographs, if necessary –  before works start

Candidate requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service-based role preferred – ideally with previous customer relations officer experience in the construction/social housing sector – is desirable, though training can be given.
  • To be computer literate in MS Office.
  • Good at developing relationships.
  • Ability to work remotely as well as part of a team and to adhere to strict deadlines.
    Ability to work within guidelines.
  • Confident people person (this role requires extensive interaction with people from all walks of life).
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Driving licence.
