Due to recent success with tendered projects, we require an Office and Contracts Administrator to join our business.

Position: Office and Contracts Administrator
Reporting to: Operations Directors
Location: Hamilton
Key duties and responsibilities
- Set up Construction Phase Plan/TMP/Fire Plan (with Project Manager’s input)
- Compile site HSEQ folder system for all new projects
- Arrange utility (gas, water, electricity) quotes for all new-build projects (in line with Project Manager’s requirements)
- Request and collate all operation and maintenance manual information and issue to principal designer (with Project/Contracts Manager’s assistance)
- File and record updated project drawings/drawing registers
- Assist project teams with any administration requirements
- Update project documents and check files have been uploaded from site team
- Manage, maintain, order and arrange office supplies, equipment, equipment testing and the condition and working environment within the office
- Arrange all necessary repairs in accordance with Health and Safety regulations
- First point of contact for all H&S issues within the office
- Key holder for office
- Welcome external visitors and ensure a secure and excellent first point of contact
- Book overnight accommodation for staff as required, always ensuring best value
- Book all travel (flight/ferry etc) for staff as required, always ensuring best value
- Co-ordinate and log IT issues with external IT company and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner
- Maintain, organise and store documents and computer-based information in a safe, secure manner for future reference
Salary
Dependent on experience.
